Hey guys, I have recently relocated from Boston to Denver and need to fill a room! This would be a new 1-year lease starting on May 1, and the rent would be 800 per month (not including heat or electric or cable which add up to about ~100/mo). It's a nice room, within a comfortable area, and comes with an off-road parking space. There are two roommates who are both young professional males, respectful and clean.

You can move in at any point between now and May 1 once the lease has been signed (I've already moved out!) at no charge. The living spaces (kitchen+dining area, bathroom, and living room) are spacious and accommodating. There is no laundry on site but there are several laundromats that are a 15-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) away from the apartment.

The area is a ~10 minute walk from the commuter rail stop at Boston Landing in Zone 1A, which can take you outbound to Newton on the Worcester/Framingham line, or can go inbound to Yawkey (Fenway), Back Bay, and South Station. It's also surrounded by several bus routes, including the 86 (which spans from Reservoir green line stop to Harvard and red line stop). Your parking space is off-road and very comfortable for any size car. An Uber pool/Lyft line to downtown Boston can range from 7-10 dollars on non-surge pricing.

There are restaurants and retail stores and a bowling alley across the street at the Boston Landing New Balance campus, which is an up-and-coming area surrounding the Bruins and now Celtics practice facilities. Further down Brighton Ave, about a 15-minute walk, are several bars and a concert hall populated by students and young professionals living in the area, for those of you interested in the area's nightlife.
