You’d be living with 3 women, all working full-time. Two roommates have schedules that sometimes include overnights, so the apartment can be pretty quiet at times. The current roommates would prefer women applicants, but would absolutely consider the right guy as well. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, easygoing, and communicative.
Rent is $1,200/month plus utilities:
* Cable/internet: approx. $20/month
* Gas: usually $40–$75/month per person depending on season
* Electric: similar fluctuation to gas
The apartment already has 3 cats, and we may be open to 1–2 additional cats since the apartment has a lot of space spread across two floors.
Great location:
* Within a 15-minute walk of two commuter rail stations
* Roche Bros is a 2-minute drive away
* Starbucks, restaurants, shops, and other conveniences are all nearby
* 15-minute commute to places like Jamaica Plain, Newton, Brookline
Parking details:
* Off-street parking available via a long single-lane driveway
* No permit required for street parking directly in front of the house
Please note: the photos only show the floor where the available bedroom is located. The upstairs level also includes a washer and dryer, but is otherwise occupied mostly by one roommate, so the apartment has a bit more space and separation than the photos may suggest.
Available July 1st or July 15th. Lease renewal begins in September.
