Please see pictures of our large and lovely Lower Allston home. One of our housemates is moving back to Germany, and we are looking for a replacement to be added to the lease starting between December 21 and January 1, 2026 until August 31, 2026 with option to continue the lease for the time after. You will be asked to sign the year lease and pay first and last month's rent + a security deposit ($643) to confirm your spot. Rent is $872/month and INCLUDES UTILITIES!
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
Apartment is huge with 4 floors including a dining room, large foyer, in-unit laundry, 2 bathrooms (one of which was recently renovated) and very nice porch space. We have a full kitchen with plentiful storage and an extra fridge in the basement. We also have a nice backyard space with a grill. We have a large parking lot in the back for off-street parking and 3 spaces designated to the apartment (one is available). The massive basement has FREE laundry and provides plenty of storage.
ABOUT THE ROOM:
Your bedroom is one of the nicest in the house located at the top of the tower! It has 215sqft (143 sqft + 72 sqft loft space). It is a loft style bedroom with a mattress on the upper floor reachable by a ladder. As our roommate goes back to Germany on December 21, he would like to sell his mattress and some of the furniture to the new tenant. The mattress was bought newly 8 months ago and has no stains.
ABOUT US:
Your 6 roommates are in their late 20s and 30s of mixed genders and range from corporate professionals to Harvard PHD students. There are enough of us that we are able to have an excellent rent value for the space, yet the space is big enough so that we never feel like we are on top of each other. The majority of us have lived here for multiple years, speaking to our satisfaction with the space. Our hobbies include skiing, skateboarding, yoga, film, cooking, etc. etc.
We have a very peaceful home environment where we comfortably WFH (at times), sleep, cook, and relax, and we would like to keep it that way.
