We’re looking for a student or researcher for a furnished room in a beautiful apartment in Boston-Jamaica Plain, right near Jamaica Pond.
We’re European students/researchers doing biomedical research at Harvard Medical School. We are nice, social and enjoy engaging conversations, an occasional shared meal or outdoor activities. We enjoy sports, a healthy lifestyle and other outdoor activities.
The apartment has a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, one (newly renovated) bathroom, and a newly renovated porch (with meat griller). Free washer and dryer available in the basement. Free parking around the house.
The vacant room is furnished, spacious, has plenty of light, and has a walk-in closet (see last 4 pictures).
The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance from Jamaica pond, 5 minutes walk from bus 39, and 8-12 minutes walking distance from orange (Stony Brook) and green (Heath Street) lines. It is near Whole Foods and CVS (4 minutes), and Star Market (10 minutes). The area is very safe and quiet.
We are looking for a student or a researcher who is nice, tidy, and social. No smoking, no weed, and no pets please.
