I've got a room available in my Malden place, looking for someone clean and respectful to move in. It's just for one person - you'd be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with the rest of us.
Location is really convenient:
We're right off Highland Ave, about 9 minutes walking to Malden Center on the Orange Line. The 108 bus literally stops in front of the house. Stop & Shop is maybe 5-10 minutes away on foot, plus restaurants and other stuff nearby. There's even a laundromat just a minute's walk if you need it.
Who I'm looking for:
My last tenants were young professionals in their mid-20s, which worked out well. Looking for someone similar - either a young professional with a steady job or a serious student. Someone who's friendly but respects quiet time during the week, keeps shared spaces clean, and is good about paying bills on time. Pretty reasonable stuff.
The deal:
Rent is $600/month with utilities included. Just for one person though - no roommates, guests, or overnight visitors. It's a smoke-free, pet-free house.
What I need:
Reference from your previous landlord
Proof of employment
One-year lease commitment
First month, last month, and security deposit upfront
