We are looking for a professional in their 30’s who lives a healthy lifestyle.
About us~
Three females. We are professionals in our late 30’s. One person is a massage therapist, one a manager for a non profit and the other a self employed designer.
We are passionate about our careers, getting out in nature, working out, concerts, cooking, exploring the city and traveling.
We enjoy each others company as well as independence within the space.
About the house~
There are ‘two living rooms’, a spacious kitchen and a very sunny deck. We keep the space tidy and clutter free. There is a dishwasher. We cook often but, never leave dirty dishes sitting. There is free laundry in the basement. Street parking.
We have a cleaning schedule so, one person cleans the common spaces once a week.
About the room~
The bedroom for rent is about 11’x12’, has a walk-in closet, two windows and hardwood floors.
One person works from home so, we are looking for someone who works outside of the house. or hybrid.
The landlord does not allow pets.
