About us~
We are professionals in our late 30’s. One person is a massage therapist, one a manager for a non profit and the other a self employed designer.
We are passionate about our careers, getting out in nature, working out, concerts, cooking, exploring the city and traveling. Enjoying life outside of work and outside of the house.
We enjoy friendly banter and a sense of community with each other as well as independence within the space.
About the house~
There are ‘two living rooms’, a spacious kitchen and a very sunny deck. We keep the space tidy and clutter free. There is a dishwasher. We cook often but, never leave dirty dishes sitting. There is free laundry in the basement. This is an older house so, it does have some old house quirks such as old windows. The bathroom is renovated but very tiny.
We have a cleaning schedule so, one person cleans the common spaces once a week.
About the room~
The bedroom for rent is about 11’x12’, has a walk-in closet, two windows and hardwood floors.
