About the unit: The condo has a spacious open design that connects the living room and a modern eat-in kitchen w/ granite counter top, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (available room is shown in pictures 8-9), a full bathroom (picture 7), living room (pictures 1-3) and kitchen (pictures 4-6). Downstairs there is another bedroom with a half bath, a large storage area, and a private washer and dryer room (picture 12). The townhouse is very sunny, has a private patio with vines (picture 11) and a back yard ideal for bbq during the summer (picture 10). Apartment is mostly furnished (furniture is different than what is shown in the pictures).
About the rent: The rent is $1450 for the available room, looking for a 12 to 15 month (preferred) lease starting June 1st. Water and laundry are included in the rent. Heating is efficient (natural gas and insulated windows), I would expect about $80/person/month for gas and electric, on average.
About roommates: The other two rooms are rented to friendly, young professionals (male), we can arrange a meeting when seeing the room.
About you: We are looking for a laidback, mature, and responsible roommates.
