The room is at garden level with an off-street parking spot just off the entrance of the condo. The room also comes with a huge closet space. If you need additional storage, we can free up other spaces for you. Kitchen is spacious. The stove/oven and fridge are included. There is a laundry machine in the building and a separate in-house washer/dryer can be installed inside the unit.

We usually stay at the condo once per month on a weekend so you basically have the whole condo by yourself. If you like privacy, this place is perfect for you.

We are trying to maximize utility of the condo so we are happy to negotiate down the price if you are only staying a few days a week.
