Move-in expenses are first and last months rent - $2650
Paystubs or proof of income, a copy of your ID, and a credit report is required by my landlord, with the possibility of a cosigner.

I mostly keep to myself but I find it easy to make friends anywhere I go. I like to cook and bake at home, and do DIY projects. Arts and crafts are my jam.
I appreciate good communication in a roommate, and am always open to discussions about the apartment/chores, etc. I prefer someone who is the same.
