About the apartment: It is unfurnished bedroom, but furnished with my own furniture in common space. This two-bedroom apartment is in a well-managed and maintained brownstone on Commonwealth Ave. Entry foyer and closet; spacious, bright living room with bay window. It is a very quiet and safe apartment building Hardwood floors, high ceilings, 12*11-square-foot bedrooms, and a tiled bathroom A laundry room and bike storage area are on the ground floor of the building; heat and hot water are included, excluding utilities. The average cost of electricity is $20–30 per person, with the highest-speed internet costing $63 per person, plus monthly household supply; the total would be $1400 for everything.
Parking: Street parking permits for residents You need to apply in the city of Boston.
Location neighborhood: This apartment has a great location, near everything! Whole Foods is around the corner. It is near restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation. The Washington Street T-stop (B-Green Line) is right in front of the building. Walking distance to the Green Line-C and Beacon St. Gas Stations, which can easily get you to your workplace around the Boston area. The convenience stores are next door.
