If you want an affordable room with smart, interesting roommates, look no further! Our place is furnished and comes with a balcony, yard, off street parking, and even a canoe.

Amenities:
We have a fully-stocked kitchen, laundry in the basement, and a comfy living room where we host dinners and movie nights. Trader Joe's is 3 blocks away, and the River is 100 yards away - perfect for morning runs. Utilities are not included, but they are pretty reasonable.

Who we are:
We are PhD students and alums from Harvard and MIT. My two roommates are men, but we are open to men or women. We're pretty well-traveled and enjoy bringing together diverse groups of friends.

What we expect from you:
The place is open from December 19th through the end of our lease, August 31st, 2026. Ideally you would be interested in the place for that whole time, but we are open to shorter terms.
