Boston/Cambridge/Brookline/Newton/Wellesley/Lexington/Winchester "Libs" don't need to move and don't need houses on the cheap: they have Doctorates, JD's and can Afford to live in the most expensive cities/towns in America. They can also afford child care, top tier health insurance, private club memberships; as well as private schools while still paying their property taxes to support the local schools/police/fire/emt's/public works. Live in cities with World Class hospitals, museums (ever been to one?), Symphonies and Arts. All the while giving back: volunteer, tithe and have no need to carry a gun; the local police are very efficient and well paid (as are the firemen, emt's, teachers, public works, etc).
