Over the past three years we have had massive and sustainable growth, reaching over 100% growth in the last two years alone. With growth comes new locations, and with new locations comes the need to fill positions with individuals who fit our team model and unique office culture.
We are looking for candidates from various backgrounds who enjoy a team styled approach towards building a business and appreciate a company that takes pride in making the day to day tasks competitive, fun, and rewarding.
A company is only as great as the people who choose to work within it. We believe that by creating an atmosphere in which people can thrive, our staff will stay positive and energetic leading to happy and satisfied clients.
We've committed to this belief to such an extreme that we have turfed our offices to theme a competitive team environment and added a stage with professional sound equipment to recognize our top representatives!
All of our positions also come with extremely competitive pay, residual income, and the opportunity for upward mobility within our organization. We are looking to fill for a number of different positions in our 3 office locations within Wilmington, Boston, and Attleboro. We are also going to be expanding to several other locations across New England including NH, Maine, RI, and VT.
The main position we will be filling immediately is for our Benefit Representative position specifically for those looking to get involved with our Management Training Program.
This career path will teach our newest team members how to properly interact and engage with the niche clientele we service while preparing those individuals for roles within the organization involving training new staff members, hiring office personnel, leading a team, building a strong office culture, and having the tough conversations most managers or supervisors tend to shy away from properly.
As a company we choose to focus on both the professional and personal development of everyone we bring onto our team knowing that the better prepared our representatives are for adversity in life, the better prepared they will be to handle obstacles professionally.
This approach is what has led us to be ranked as a top workplace, a top office culture, and put on the Forbes list as the 24th happiest company to work for.
