We are Berklee College of Music alums with over 20 years of experience in the music industry. We offer music lessons at low volumes and are seeking an office mate who shares similar interests, as well as tutors in need of space for their students. Our office is equipped with a large whiteboard, making it ideal for tutoring or photography. Please remember to keep noise levels low at all times due to the neighboring unit.
The location offers convenient access to various amenities, including restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts, a CVS/UPS drop-off, Target, and the Arsenal Mall. There is plenty of street parking, and a gourmet bakery is on-site. The office is approximately a 12-minute drive to Back Bay and just 6 minutes to Harvard Square. Additionally, it is a 5-minute walk to the #71 bus stop, which connects Harvard Square and Watertown Square.
The space will be available starting February 1, 2026. The minimum requirements include a 12-month lease to align with our unit lease term, with the option to renew for another year. We require the first month’s rent, the last month’s rent, and a security deposit. While we prefer a long-term tenant who shares our interests in education, we are open to considering other types of businesses as well.
The room measures approximately 10 feet by 16 feet, plus additional corner spaces, resulting in a total of about 187 square feet.
