We have a desk or two available within a 430SF second-floor space that is coming available later this Fall. Your monthly fee includes all utilities, high-speed wireless or wired internet, access to the kitchenette with fridge, reservation access to a 5-person conference room with large whiteboard, and a private "telephone booth" room, shower room (yes, bike commuters,) etc. The building is accessible 24/7. We cannot provide off-street parking on any days of the week. Lighting is modern LED indirect fixtures in open concept ceiling. Central heating and cooling is via state of the art heat pump system. Building entrances are secured with a fob access system. We're making this a much better value than a "dedicated desk" at WorkBar. The minimum-sized space is approx 75 Sq feet and is priced at $315/month/person/desk, with an initial commitment of 2 months. Thereafter, you would be billed month-to-month.
This is a quiet building, so the space would not be ideal for someone who is on the phone all the time. It's more geared toward laptop work. 108 Summer St is easily accessible by foot, bike, transit and automobile. The adjacent Minuteman Bikeway serves Cambridge, Arlington, Lexington and Bedford. The MBTA 67 bus stops in front of the building and connects to Alewife station. On-street parking is readily available. We are focused on productivity, friendliness and wellness. This is a rental by the building owner. No broker fee. No fine print. The pricing above is all-inclusive.
