Looking for a creative studio mate to share my 346 sq. ft. studio in Allston, MA. I’m offering half of the space for $500/month
About the Studio:
-Located next to the Boston Landing train stop with easy access and 2 large parking lots
-Part of a large commercial building housing mostly artists and creatives
-Cool, funky unique floor gives the space some character
-Been in the space for a little over a year, just renewed the lease in October. Looking for someone ongoing, month to month to cut overhead expenses
My brand is called Bleeding Love and I mainly use the studio to design jewelry and sell vintage clothing, accessories, vintage watches, and handmade jewelry. Occasionally, I host small studio shop events
About Me:
I’m usually in the studio Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM
On weekends, I’m usually working local vintage markets
I’m looking for someone creative, but ideally not selling vintage clothing or jewelry to avoid competition
This is a great opportunity to work alongside another creative in a collaborative, inspiring environment while having your own dedicated workspace
