Our real estate and property management office has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant to work this Fall at our 879 Beacon Street office location.
We are looking for someone who is available to work week day afternoons and some weekends,at least 20 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who can act both as a personal assistant for the property manager and CEO, as well as do administrative tasks while in the office. The hours are extremely flexible. MUST be comfortable with customer service both in person and over the phone. I am looking for someone with EXTREME organizational skills, since we are very busy and need an assistant to keep us up to date. Must be able to think on your feet, and must be able to demonstrate that he/she is capable of answering emails professionally and timely. Remote hours available ( work from home some days).
