Home Maintenance Organization is New England's premier provider of management services for luxury single family homes. We are currently seeking a full time Property Manager and Concierge with outstanding communication skills to go above and beyond the call of duty. You will be working closely with a small team of people to ensure that every member has a 5 star experience with HMO.
-Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email in a professional, detailed, and timely manner
-Coordinate and follow up on all internal maintenance requests
-Coordinate and follow up on outside contractor work requests
-Communicate effectively with the team, from technicians in the field to office staff
-3-5 years of experience within the construction and/or property management field
-Must be a team player
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Positive, can-do attitude is a must
-Very customer service and detail oriented
-Superb time management skills
-Ability to work in fast paced environment
-Understanding of maintenance procedures
-Valid driver's license
