Intellectual Property Law Office seeks a "can do", "will do" individual to assist our busy attorneys and office staff with answering phones, maintaining office supplies, distributing mail, and keep the office (and us) running efficiently!
The qualified candidate must have effective communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, possess strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Ideally, we are looking for someone who will take initiative and seek our responsibility and has an ability to thrive in an environment where expectations are high. Previous office experience is necessary. A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
