Our client, a software company located in the heart of Boston, is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant. Although this company is established, you can still expect a fun, startup environment where teamwork is crucial. Salary/Rate: $15-21/hour based on experience
Position Overview: The primary role of the Part-time Office Assistant will be to provide some additional support to help with office management and projects. This will be a temporary, contract position with an expected duration of 2-6 months and an anticipated need of 20-30 hours each week. This Part-time Office Assistant will wear several different hats and be responsible for receptionist duties, mail, assisting with presentations, client services, and other miscellaneous tasks as they arise.
The Part-time Office Assistant will be responsible for:
General administrative work
Completing short project
The ideal Part-time Office Assistant has:
A minimum of one year of office experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Some familiarity with Salesforce (not required, just a plus!)
The ability to multitask
An Upbeat, friendly, and outgoing personality
A strong sense of professionalism
