Tech Startup in Davis Square is seeking a caring, self-directed individual to manage and fulfill online orders. You would be working from our office and this role requires that you be able to come into the office 1-2 times a week (M-F) on specific days determined by our order schedule. This is a small part-time position with flexible hours. Total hours per week are determined by order demand but typically 10 hours or less. Potential for remote work to increase hours.
- managing/scheduling upcoming shipments and your schedule
- packing, shipping, & receiving small (<10lb) packages of electronics rental equipment.
*We ship a low volume of packages, but high level of care needed for each package.
- communication with others inside company and sometimes with customers

Have Scheduling Flexibility
Must come into the office 1-2 days week, on specific days as needed. Some weeks several packages must ship. Other weeks few. We are flexible on hours. Some work may be done remotely and some days may be flexible *TBD
You'll be managing inventory and scheduling deadlines for multiple rentals running at the same time. Organization is essential to meeting these dates.
Be comfortable with technology
You'll use google apps, iTunes, Mac OS, iOS, Dropbox, and more. Must be willing to troubleshoot basic problems with equipment (iPad, chargers, tripods, batteries).
