A global playground equipment marketing group is seeking an office manager in their Belmont, MA office. The right candidate will oversee the ordering, shipping and delivering of playground equipment to customers and will maintain finances through accounts payable and receivable. In addition the position will monitor and reconcile accounts. The work requires a professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regular four-year college program. Between nineteen and twenty-four months of progressively more responsible experience is required. Some analytical ability required in order to gather and interpret data in situations where the problems are somewhat complex.
