Your Responsibilities
As the Office Coordinator you will be hands-on and lead a team of administrative professionals who provide support to company executives and managers. You will ensure that our corporate office in Wellesley, MA operates smoothly and efficiently while working on short-term and long-term projects.

Your Qualifications
If you enjoy working in a customer service focused and fast paced environment, this is the perfect role for you. At least 3 years of office coordination/management experience is preferred. Prior experience in real estate and/or property management is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office skills is a must.
