The Office Coordinator focuses on facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process; with regards scheduling, coordinating, and executing the highest potential fulfillment of attendance for potential Chief of Staff LLC employees while performing standard administrative duties to maintain office organization, inventory, flow.
Responsibilities and Duties:
OC will source, screen and recruit food service workers such as banquet waitstaff, banquet bartenders and ALL back of the house or kitchen positions. The OC will offer proactive recruiting and all-around administrative office assistance. The OC will schedule and coordinate the prospective employees to the respective orientation and interview location effectively and efficiently. OC will maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates are available. OC will assist Coordinators with Bookings on an as needed basis. OC will complete any necessary standardized reports. OC will input any necessary information into Chief of Staff's desired systems.
OC will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
-Upon Request Office Ad-Hoc
-Strong knowledge of hiring processes
-Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
-Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
-Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
-Familiarity with MS Office suite
-Excellent communication skills
-Great phone presence and phone communication skills
-Proficient computer skills
- Taking accurate messages and relaying them to appropriate party
- Booking staff for shifts when needed
- Inputting information into COS Database along with any necessary data entry
