Kunevich & Lau is seeking an Office Administrator.To be successful in this role, you will need to be goal driven, detail-oriented and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Maintains office efficiency by planning, scheduling and coordination with staff and clients
Answer phone calls and provide clients with necessary information
Responsible for sorting of mail and filing duties
Provide financial support for billing and invoicing
Answer questions and concerns in a timely manner
Bachelor's degree preferred or 1 year of relevant insurance service/sales experience
Applied TAM and WinRater experience ideal
Quickbooks experience a plus
Demonstrate ethical behavior and execute job responsibilities in accordance with the company and client's core values and ethics
Proven customer services skills and the ability to obtain, organize and articulate information
Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
