We have an employment opportunity for a Learning Management System Administrator to work full-time in our small, fast-paced office. Since our founding, we have designed and delivered in-person workshops for clients. We are in the process of developing a tech platform that will enable us to offer blended learning solutions with in person sessions, online assignments and exercises, and ongoing support to help clients achieve the desired behavioral development and change. The Learning Management System Administrator will own the development and day-to-day management of the System once built. Once built, we understand the management to be a ¾ time role, with the remaining ¼ time joining our Support Team to support staff and consultants in other day-to-day operations and projects.

This role is predominately administrative in nature. We are looking for someone who is seeking job growth on the administrative rather than consulting side of our business.

Responsibilities include:

-Partner with external tech developers to build and configure the platform
-Understand and educate internal staff on platform capabilities
-Understand organizational and client interests and general value-maximizing solutions
-Accurately administer roles, permissions, and access to content
-Assist in client payments and licenses
-Stay abreast of developer updates and ways to optimize the system
-Monitor and run reports to demonstrate client usage and ROI
-Partner with internal consultants to develop and make blended learning offerings seamless
-Availability 24/7 to respond to user issues as needed
-Coordinate with application development company as needed

General qualifications for the position include:

-Website design skills - basic coding for layouts and consistency- wordpress or comparable
-Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders with customer-centric stance
-Ability to solve problems creatively with steadiness and good humor
-Strong organization and communication skills
-Ability to manage relationships and communication via email
-Ability and willingness to learn quickly
-"Choose to help" mindset

An ideal candidate for this position would be a flexible self-starter with an aptitude for technology, strong communication and project management skills, and would have a keen attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works well individually and as part of a team.

Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
-Website development
-Technical troubleshooting
-Learning Management System administration
-Project management
