Vaughan Plumbing & Heating is a growing, customer-focused plumbing and heating company committed to doing things the right way—for our customers and our team. We use ServiceTitan to run a clean, organized operation and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first voice our customers hear.
What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you are the hub of the operation. You keep the phones running, the schedule tight, and customers confident they called the right company.
Small office setting -
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
Schedule and dispatch jobs using ServiceTitan
Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day
Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
Enter accurate job notes, customer info, and call outcomes
Handle customer questions, concerns, and rescheduling
Support the team with admin tasks as needed
Track employee weekly sales
What We’re Looking For
Prior CSR or dispatch experience (plumbing and heating)
ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Professional attitude — calm under pressure
