Busy and growing state of the art healthcare practice is looking for a young professional to join our team. We are a high quality comprehensive healthcare practice. Duties involve management of: providers' schedule, patients' accounts, phones, patients flow, re-care system, insurance verification, submitting insurance claims, co-payments calculation and many other day to day responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Review and educate patients on treatment plans and financial arrangements
•Check out patients (payments, next appointments, feedback, etc.)
•Process patient data
•Identify and fill openings in the schedule
•Liaison between patients, clinical team members and other practice administrative members
•Solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions
•Assist with incoming phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, etc.
•Create a warm and welcoming environment to explain our service abilities, answer questions and navigate patient concerns.
•Schedule appointments for patients both in-person and via phone.
•Scan new patient paperwork, contracts, and information to patient files.
•Maintain excellent levels of patient satisfaction.
•Answer telephone, email, and social media inquiries.
•Process incoming and outgoing mail.


Required Experience & Skills:
•Bachelor's degree. (Recent Grads welcome)
•Computer literacy.
•Strong leadership qualities
•Excellent customer service and communication skills
•Detailed-oriented and organized
•Acustomed to a fast-paced work environment
•Dependable
•Comfortable with computers
