We are a progressive healthcare practice looking for our newest team member to support our top-notch doctors. Experience in ophthalmic, optometric, or dental office operations is preferred, although other healthcare disciplines will be considered.
This position is based in our Wellesley Hills location and responsible for overall front-office administration, including:
• patient and staff scheduling
• insurance and billing coordination
• patient check in/checkout
• keeping track of supplies
• and other administrative tasks to help our office run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is capable of quickly adapting to our office software, and would be comfortable with using pre-exam equipment.
Because this is a patient-facing position, and often the first impression of our office, we place as much importance on your welcoming personality, professional appearance, and can-do attitude as we do your organizational skills.
You will be an important member of our team, and therefore we expect trustworthiness, discipline to work independently, and respectful interaction with co-workers to maintain our enjoyable work environment, and to collectively meet the challenges of a busy practice.
