•Responsible for managing calendars and coordinating meetings
•Arrange travel and process expense statements
•Assist with preparing reports for team meetings
•Oversee the filing of documents and agreements
•Coordinate team events and logistics
•Assist with daily administrative tasks, including monitoring phones, processing mail, and scanning and faxing documents
•Bachelor's degree preferred
•2-3 years of experience in a senior administrative role
