Our client, a well-known bank located in downtown Boston, is looking for motivated individuals to join their Customer Service team! • Respond to inbound phone and web inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Input data correctly into customer accounts
• Keep all customer information confidential
• Explain bank policies and products to customers
• Direct customer in right direction and escalate problems appropriately
• Experience working in a bank preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service ideally in call center or bank teller position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass credit and background check
