Our client is seeking a customer service Associate for their Medical Call Center in Boston!

Requirements:
• 2-3-years customer service
• 1-2 years call center OR Hospital experience
• Basic PC skills and ability to navigate in Windows environment
• Available to work weekends
• Attention to detail
• Must have excellent hearing and listening skills
• High school diploma
