Clinical Administrative Assistant (Cambridge)

compensation: Based on experience

The ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) has an opening for a full-time Clinical Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the VP Information Technology and working closely with the Clinical Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant for the Precision Medicine Program will manage the distribution and maintenance of Actigraphs for patient use.

We would consider part-time hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Keep calendar of device preparation and shipping
•Program devices to give to patients
•Reach out to patients to get information
•Prepare fedex packages for mailing devices to patients
•Track packages as necessary
•Remind patients to return devices
•Download data from devices after patients use and return them
•Input data that patients submit via paper logs
•Monitor supply of devices and make recommendations when more devices are needed

Qualifications
•Bachelors
•1 2 years' experience in an office environment
•Attention to detail
•Solid organizational skills
•Proficiency using data bases/Outlook
•Fluent in all MSOffice applications
•Ability to communicate in a clearly and effectively in English both written and verbally
•Ability to multi-task and be time sensitive
