Busy catering company looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, hard-working individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently and take direction well. As part of this position you will interface with V.I.P clientele and a variety of personalities. There is a HEAVY volume of phone calls, you must be articulate and very comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person. A professional appearance and demeanor is must.
Work Schedule is Monday-Friday. Shifts may vary between 8am-4pm, 8am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm and 8am-2pm
Provides customer-focused assistance by phone, email and in person
Ongoing job duties will include (but not limited to): answering phones, directing calls, customer service inquiries, processing and preparing orders for delivery, data entry, and administrative support, receiving payments for services and greeting visitors.
Communicate pertinent information to appropriate parties in timely and suitable fashion
Juggling and prioritizing multiple tasks at one time
Other office duties as needed
Experience with Inside catering sales or working in a catering office
Strong phone presence, and remarkable customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Typing and computer competency to include word-processing, spreadsheet, and data base skills
Demonstrated organizational skills and flexibility to meet multiple demands
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to manage stressful situations
