Welcome clients, candidates and other guests to the office
Manage office supplies, and keep our café stocked with coffee, snacks and pantry supplies
Support scheduling of travel arrangements and trip accommodations
Light purchasing support and tracking of orders
Coordinate mail and package distribution to employees
Arrange team lunches and help to plan fun events
Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure office areas, kitchens and conference rooms are in great shape
Able to multi-task in a dynamic startup environment
Proficient at MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1+ years of experience in an office coordinator position, ideally with an innovative tech startup
