Senior Administrative Assistant

As a Senior Administrative Assistant the selected individual will be supporting a team of Investment Directors and Marketing Analysts. The ideal candidate must have impeccable attention to detail and strong ability to grasp new ideas and integrate them into desired results. This is a full time position that we are looking to fill immediately.

Responsibilities
-Managing communication with numerous internal and external constituencies
-Orchestrate meeting arrangements with colleagues and guests
-Preparing presentation materials in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
-Providing cross-coverage and back-up support to other team members
-Arrange travel plans including air, hotel, and ground transportation
-Orchestrate local and international corporate events

Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- At least 3+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
- Interest in finance/financial services
