**What you'll be doing:**
You'll call tree service companies from a list we provide and let them know they have a free profile page on our app, CrewFinder. It's a platform that connects tree companies with skilled climbers and ground crew. You're not selling anything — you're giving them something free. Most calls are 2-5 minutes.
We built a simple web app just for callers — you log in, see your call list, tap to call, log the outcome, and move on. Everything's in one place including the script.
**Schedule:**
4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Flexible on which hours — just needs to be between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern so you're calling during business hours.
**Pay:**
$12-15/hour depending on experience, plus $3 bonus for every company that signs up on a call with you.
I will pay you daily via venmo/zelle/cashapp!
**What we're looking for:**
- Friendly, natural phone voice — you're a real person, not a robot
- Comfortable making 80+ calls per day (most go to voicemail — that's normal)
- Reliable — you show up and do the work every day
- Organized — every call gets logged, no exceptions
- Quiet place to make calls
**Nice to have but not required:**
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service
- Familiarity with the tree care or landscaping industry
- Sales experience
