We have an employment opportunity for an Administrative Specialist to work full-time in our small, fast-paced office. As a member of our core Support Team, the Administrative Specialist works closely with staff, consultants, and clients to support the delivery of our training programs and client engagements. The main duties of this position include customizing and producing program print and digital materials; ordering and tracking print and other materials; coordinating with consultants and clients on program logistics; maintaining and monitoring records in SugarCRM; and supporting staff and consultants in day-to-day operations and projects.
An ideal candidate for this position would be a flexible self-starter with an aptitude for technology who has the ability to prioritize and multi-task while paying close attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and who works well individually and as part of a team, proactively anticipating others' needs and concerns. The role includes working with a variety of different people and personality-types both face-to-face, and over virtual mediums, so strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
The role is administrative in nature. We are looking for someone who is seeking job growth on the administrative rather than consulting side of our business.

Qualifications for the position include:
-Interest and demonstrated experience in graphics and graphic design (designing powerpoint, brochures, infographics) highly preferred
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, duties, and projects
-Ability to solve problems creatively
-Proven familiarity with PC and MAC computing environments, including ability to learn new software and troubleshoot resourcefully
-Knowledge of printing standards
-Ability to respond quickly to office- and client-related issues and to follow through
-Strong organization and communication skills
-Ability to manage relationships and communication via email
-Ability and willingness to learn quickly
-"Choose to help" mindset
-Minimum 3 years' experience working in an office environment in an administrative capacity
Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
-Training or event support
-SugarCRM or Salesforce
