Industrial box and brokerage company is seeking a self motivated individual to assist in sales, admin and logistics (transportation). The perfect candidate will assist in seeking new and existing market opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Screen sales leads and work with team to facilitate sales
Follow-up with previous clients and new clients
Research new suppliers and customers

Execute efficient office operations including:
1 Gain and maintain industry knowledge along with all skills necessary to achieve ongoing success
2 Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner & respond to all inquiries
3 Input accurate entries of customer info and sales history in our Goldmine database


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS DESIRED
Multitasking a must
Experience in a sales oriented environment
Knowledge of logistics a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good organizational, time management, interpersonal and customer service skills
Detail oriented and ability to work independently and as a member of our team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Access
College degree or equivalent work experience, college grads may apply
