Looking for an organized, tech-savvy self starter to be the right hand man / woman to principal architect in a young firm. Office is in a co-working space in Inman Square. This role will have a hand in sales, marketing, account management and project management for the right person so is a great way to grow your skill set in a respectful environment.
Responsibilities might include:
-Writing follow up emails to clients / prospective clients
-Putting together / editing powerpoint, Photoshop and / or Indesign presentations for clients
-Calendar management & scheduling
-Increasing efficiency by suggesting & implementing new office procedures
-At least 2 years prior experience, B.A. preferred
-Proficiency w/ Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop. Indesign experience or willingness to learn (and a quick study) preferred
-Clear & professional communicator
-Ability to work 2 days a week, 8 hour days
-Experience with project management software preferred
This is an hourly, part-time position with room for growth for the right person. $17.50+/ hr, depending on skills and experience.
