JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Ensure a safe and clean work environment is provided by daily monitoring of the general conditions within the office as it pertains to lighting, HVAC, floor coverings, etc.
Provide office services which include: the processing of all incoming and outgoining US Mail, FedEx, UPS or any other carrier, the procurement of departmental and general office supplies including coffee and snacks, maintaining the smooth operation of office copiers and fax machines and the administration of the AED program which includes CPR.
Liaison with Tishman-Speyer (landlord) to communicate to the GID Boston Office staff and and all news or events sponsored by Tishman-Speyer, to represent GID pertaining to requests for supplemental HVAC services and/or service-related requests, and to integrate Life Safety efforts between GID Floor Wardens and Tishman-Speyer.
Provide administrative services for all of the company's needs as it pertains to the monitoring and administration of the FedEx account.
Other duties as assigned.
Associates degree and one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation is in the mid $30ks depending on experience
