Our client is a thriving non-profit committed to providing emergency financial assistance and social and career services! They are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to report to the Chief Advancement Officer and provide support to key members of the Development team. In this highly visible role, he/she will take the lead to acknowledge, catalog, and document files and digital documentation related to all donations; conduct time-sensitive prospect research to move ahead with gift solicitations; work closely to identify potential corporate and individual donors for key programs; organize pledge reminders internally and assume lead responsibility for accounts receivable functions; collaborate with members and external vendors to develop print and online materials; assist in preparing proposals and reports; analyze and measure performance of development activities; perform data entry in fundraising system; work with the CRM manager to insure that policies and procedures for updating and adding data are adhered to; interact with staff and volunteers on highly confidential matters. The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor?s degree, and at least 3-5 previous years in an administrative setting, preferably a non-profit or mission-driven organization. This person will possess excellent computer and writing skills, a detail-oriented nature, excellent research skills, and experience with Raiser?s Edge! This role pays up to $16/hour, and can start immediately upon an in-person interview! The right candidate should be looking for a long-term fit in a non-profit setting.
