Director of Quality Management

Director of Quality Management (MH Non-CBFS Centralized Costs, Boston)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, days

Responsibilities:
The Quality Management Director oversees a variety of quality management activities, as well as special projects that promote and strengthen the consistency and quality of services offered, as defined in the essential functions below.
The Implements Quality Management Director implements all QM functions including:
Develop, Monitor and Analyze Outcomes.
Coordinate DMH Licensing inspections and correction of deficiencie.
Monitor Quality Assurance Reviews.
Monitor Medication Administration Program.
Ensure compliance with DMH and DPH regulations and Bay Cove standards.
Coordinate CARF accreditation.
Coordinate investigations and training of fact-finders.
Complete DMH, MAP, CARF and other applications for licenses and registration.
Review and analyze Incidents and Complaints .
Monitor Human Rights.
Evaluation of Programs and Services.
Provide training on QM functions.
Promote communication within programs and between the agency and programs through the design and standardization of communication and documentation systems.
Promote standardization of systems and provide training and technical assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field preferred.
Five years experience in the administration of programs serving adults with mental illness.
Demonstrated professional writing, presentation and organizational skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, clinical and supervisory skills.
Certification in Medication Administration.
Driving License Required? Yes
