The primary function of the Assistant Director is to oversee a housing program.
The Assistant Director is expected to manage the delivery of high quality services to congregate living settings. The Assistant Director helps implement the programs, trainings (for clients and staff), and services necessary to address barriers to self-sufficiency.
You will supervise, develop, motivate and lead in partnership with the senior leadership team to advance the strategic direction and help the organization achieve its intended impact.
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Management, Public Administration or related field. Master's preferred.
5-7 years progressive management and supervisory experience in a human service environment
Experience in manage congregate and/or multiple locations in milieu based treatment setting a plus
Experience working with people from broadly diverse ethnic, social, and cultural backgrounds
Ability to speak a second language is a plus
Experience with governmental contracts is ideal
ETO experience a plus
