Office Support Assistant (Newton)

ACCC Office Support Assistant is responsible for maintaining and updating active client files by calling , emailing and mailing the client for any necessary missing information.
1. Responsible for contacting clients
2. Maintain department reports
3. General office support duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, mail sorting, supply delivery, etc.
4. Perform data entry duties
5. Light cleaning duties
6. Light receptionist
7. Assisting other departments with projects/tasks
8. Other duties as assigned
1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
2. Experience: At least 3-6 months of customer service experience required
3. Basic computer knowledge; basic mathematical skills; ability to read and interpret documents, demonstrate telephone etiquette, time management, and attention to detail; ability to interact and work in a team environment; demonstrate ability to comprehend verbal and written information in addition to responding to clients and/or employees.
