I am looking for folks to share a practice room with at Studio 52 located at 138 Harvard Ave. Allston, MA.
The room is 11x12 ft. The following gear is stored in the room and available for back-line use:
-one 15" inch PA speaker with a mixer and 3 mics + stands
-drum kit with breakables
-two guitar combo amps
-two 4x12 guitar cabs
-one 200 watt bass amp head w/ 2x15 cab
This is long-term monthly rental. FRIDAYS SUNDAYS are available. The cost is $100 monthly for one day a week. E.g. if you want to rent both Fridays and Sundays, it will cost $200 per month. I ask for first and last month's rent up front. I also require a minimum of 1 calendar month's notice if you plan to leave. One key and fob are included -- additional fob and key costs $30 each.
Since this is a small room I want people who are down to use the back-lined equipment without adding more large gear such as large amplifiers and drum kit to the room. There is minimal storage available for small items only like drum breakables and amp heads.
