Feeler post. Recently picked up this 1976 Marauder Custom in Tobacco Sunburst. I’ve wanted one for a decade, but they rarely show up. It plays awesome, and I just had a profesional set up and fret dressing done. Unfortunately, I’m struggling to get the sound I need out of it, which kills me because I think it’s so cool. Tempted to mod it, but that doesn’t feel right. It’s not collector grade, but not quite player. Has some honest play wear and checking. However, these are extremely rare. One of 83 made. Has the painted headstock, 3 ply guard, binding, full body sunburst, and block inlays. Comes with gig bag. Asking prices on Reverb and eBay right now are about $5k, which is ridiculously high, but they are definitely fetching hefty sums. I’d consider cash offers, but mostly looking to trade primarily for other Gibsons - Les Paul’s, SGs, specials, juniors, P90 or humbucker. Might consider a Rick guitar or bass, or a tele with wide range humbuckers, but feel free to shoot some offers.
