This is the Squier version of the Fender Stratocaster. Squier is owned by Fender.
I sell about ten of these a year,.. and they are all different.. depending on the plant in China that Fender used to build them, or the year of manufacture. This is one of the meatier ones I have had. It has some solid heft, which translates into nice, thick tone. It plays nice and sounds great. All electronics work .I adjusted the action for easy , low play-ability with no buzzes. This is an easy, fast playing, super straight neck. All the electronics work perfect. Frets are in excellent . Body is overall nice, with some light patina scuffs. There is some light oxidization on the screws. All this adds up to a player's guitar. This is broken in, in a cool vintage way. condition. This sounds great when plugged in.
