Fantastic analog dual comp. Easy to dial in unity or boost, no weird twists or turns. I've used it with electric and electric acoustic. I found it enhanced the tone most when using it with single coil on electric. It's not totally transparent. The Orange Squeezer side is a bit dirtier.
In some settings I found the squeezer side generates a high pitch whine, only when playing, but also incidental to input volume or tone. It seems to be caused by my power supply (CS-12), and more so out of some outputs than others; it was very quiet even with the Ross side on, too, when I tested it, fully amplified, and powered by someone else's CS-12.
Additional settings are adjustable with internal pots. At their current settings, the Squeezer lets transients through before clamping down and coloring, whereas the Ross side functions like an instant brick wall limiter - I tested this by throwing wild oscillating feedback at it.
